In this role, you will help clients enhance their natural beauty by delivering exceptional eyelash application, maintenance, and removal services in a serene and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Apply professional eyelash extensions tailored to individual client preferences and facial structures.
- Perform timely lash refills, maintenance sessions, and safe removal of extensions.
- Assess clients natural lashes to recommend the most suitable styles, lengths, and techniques.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards for all tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Educate clients on comprehensive aftercare routines to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging beauty trends, lash technologies, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working at alternative company outlets when required.
- Minimum of SSCE/OND with formal training and certification in Lash Technology, Beauty Therapy, or Cosmetology.
- Proven professional experience working as a Lash Extension Technician in a reputable salon or spa.
- In-depth knowledge of various eyelash extension styles, isolation techniques, and adhesive safety.
- Exceptional manual dexterity, creativity, and unwavering attention to detail.
