About the Role
Remediks Pharmacy is a dynamic retail and lifestyle pharmacy located at the SPAR Shopping Mall in Lifecamp, Abuja. As a newly established organization backed by a strong management team, we are executing an ambitious rollout plan to open multiple stores across Nigeria over the next three years. We are seeking an exceptional Superintendent Pharmacist who possesses the drive, clinical expertise, and commercial acumen to lead our flagship store, mentor our team, and establish Remediks as the community's most trusted health advisor.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately dispense prescriptions in strict compliance with the pharmacy code of ethics and safety guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive patient counselling on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Deliver clinical services including vital sign diagnostics, health consultations, and emergency first aid.
- Drive store revenue and profitability through strategic commercial initiatives and exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory cycles, evaluate supply chain sources, and oversee the procurement of quality pharmaceuticals.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant retail pharmacy experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
