About the Role
Ren San & Co. is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in providing strategic solutions to organizations, individuals, and corporations across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Associate to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to execute client engagements, conduct market research, develop comprehensive reports, and support strategic implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct thorough industry, market, and competitor research to inform strategic recommendations and business solutions.
- Gather, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, concept notes, and policy documents under supervision.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure all client engagements remain on schedule.
- Support business development activities by contributing to pitch decks, tender documentation, and prospective client research.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, market research, project management, or corporate roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into structured insights.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
