We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Associate to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to execute high-impact client engagements, conduct thorough market research, and deliver exceptional advisory services that foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct comprehensive industry, market, and competitor research to inform strategic client recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and policy documents under supervision.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure engagements remain on schedule.
- Support business development activities by conducting background research on prospective clients and drafting pitch decks.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions, documenting discussions and action points.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, project management, or corporate roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
