In this pivotal role, you will ensure our operations align seamlessly with applicable laws, regulatory mandates, contractual obligations, and internal governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate compliance monitoring and risk management activities across all Group operating entities.
- Maintain an up-to-date register of regulatory obligations and track applicable statutory updates.
- Conduct targeted compliance reviews, risk assessments, control evaluations, and internal audits.
- Investigate discrepancies, suspected breaches, and non-compliance issues while documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor adherence to data protection, information security, ethical standards, and financial crime controls.
- Develop and review compliance policies, operating procedures, checklists, and management reporting templates.
- Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to streamline regulatory research, risk analysis, and workflow automation.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic compliance reports highlighting material risks and actionable insights for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or IT.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in compliance, risk management, internal control, or regulatory affairs.
- Demonstrated experience working within a group of companies or a complex holding company environment.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools for research, data analysis, and productivity enhancement.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk-based control practices.
- Exceptional analytical, investigative, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or audit will be an added advantage.
