We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our collaborative design studio and contribute to our growing portfolio of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior architects in the comprehensive development of conceptual designs, schematic designs, and detailed construction documentation.
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, high-quality 3D models, and compelling presentations utilizing industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Participate actively in site analysis, client meetings, design workshops, and internal project reviews.
- Conduct thorough research on innovative building materials, local regulatory codes, and sustainable architecture strategies.
- Assist in coordinating workflow and communications with external consultants, contractors, and various project stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional architectural experience within a recognized practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in core design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative on assigned tasks.
