We are currently seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating our brand presence by developing compelling visual content across a wide range of digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities- Create engaging and visually striking content for social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and print media.
- Develop, implement, and maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all company touchpoints.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling, high-converting visual concepts.
- Design marketing collateral including promotional flyers, digital banners, pitch presentations, brochures, and packaging materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative assets on schedule.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while strictly meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging software tools, and industry best practices.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience in a professional setting.
- Previous experience working within a creative or advertising agency is highly preferred.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating proven proficiency in both digital and print design execution.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
- Exceptional understanding of typography, layout composition, colour theory, branding principles, and visual communication.
- Prior experience with packaging or product design will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a significant plus.
- Reside in or be readily able to commute to Lagos on hybrid workdays.
