Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy
- Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain detailed financial records and documentation
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management review
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with senior accounting staff on monthly and quarterly closings
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or related field
- 1–2 years of practical accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
