Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing financial statements, cash flow statements, and budget performance reports.
- Perform accurate reconciliations for bank statements, general ledgers, and vendor invoices.
- Process and document payments securely on various corporate banking platforms.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently to ensure timely transactions.
- Process payroll administration and handle employee expense claims accurately.
- Ensure timely remittances and filings of corporate taxes and statutory deductions.
- Maintain comprehensive records for fixed asset registers, invoices, and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with external auditors by organizing and supplying required financial documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian tax laws, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational, numerical, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
