About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital is a renowned international healthcare institution with a robust network of 42 eye hospitals spanning India and Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Account Officer to join our finance team in Nigeria, playing a pivotal role in managing our referral partner networks and financial databases.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update comprehensive records of referral doctors, clinics, and health maintenance organizations.
- Calculate, verify, and process accurate commission and incentive payments for referring practitioners and institutions.
- Manage patient invoices, ensure precise billing, and follow up diligently on outstanding partner accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update CRM databases of all referral sources while tracking patient volume trends.
- Reconcile referral transactions with the general ledger and prepare detailed weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding billing, patient status, and payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to evaluate the financial success of promotional events and campaigns.
- Possess a BSc or HND in Accounting with 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, or fresh graduates with exceptional academic records.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Sage 50, QuickBooks, or hospital information systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting relationships with medical partners.
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.
