About the Role
Ren San & Co. is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for corporations and individuals. We are looking for a driven Junior Account Associate to join our growing Lagos team. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to deliver exceptional advisory, strategy, and operational improvement services to our clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to inform client recommendations.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop dashboards and reports.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and policy documents under supervision.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful engagement outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and maintain follow-up trackers.
- Support business development activities, including pitch deck creation and tender documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, project management, or corporate roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
