We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Associate to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct comprehensive industry, market, and competitor research to inform strategic client recommendations.
- Gather, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, business plans, proposals, and policy documents.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, drafting accurate meeting minutes, summaries, and action trackers.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure all engagements remain successfully on schedule.
- Support business development initiatives by conducting background research on prospective clients and contributing to pitch decks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, research, project management, or corporate roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
