About the Role
YMEK Holdings LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Job Search & Application Specialist to manage the end-to-end application process remotely. In this role, you will leverage advanced AI tools to identify strong-fit opportunities, tailor resumes and cover letters, and ensure full Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) optimization. Your ultimate mission is to secure interviews and help candidates achieve career success through strategic, high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen relevant job openings daily across LinkedIn, company career pages, and major job boards.
- Customize resumes and cover letters for each position using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Jobscan.
- Optimize resume formatting, keyword density, and parsing accuracy to successfully bypass ATS filters.
- Track all application statuses, follow-ups, and interview invites in an organized shared spreadsheet.
- Conduct company research to draft personalized recruiter outreach messages and identify referral networks.
- Provide weekly activity reports and proactively pitch innovative strategies to boost interview response rates.
- Proven expertise in utilizing AI writing and optimization tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Teal.
- Solid understanding of ATS parsing mechanisms, keyword matching, and professional formatting rules.
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to craft natural, engaging, and non-robotic content.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications flawlessly.
- Self-directed, proactive mindset with a reliable internet connection for seamless remote work.
- Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or career coaching is a strong plus.
- Competitive monthly base salary of ₦150,000.
