About the Role
ITURA Jewelry is a Lagos-based demi-fine jewelry brand creating timeless, elegant, and giftable pieces for modern Nigerians, backed by robust guarantees and operational excellence. We are looking for a foundational, hands-on Jewelry Designer to work side-by-side with our Co-Founder to expand our collections, perfect our product pipeline, and help shape a respected, systems-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities- Produce production-ready CAD files (MatrixGold, Rhino, or Blender) with precise millimeter dimensions for new jewelry pieces and classic base chains.
- Write technical spec sheets, brief suppliers, and review samples to drive defect-free manufacturing.
- Design cohesive collections, sets, and necklace, bracelet, ring, and earring stacks based on bestseller data.
- Maintain the design pipeline in Notion, track competitor trends, and collaborate closely with marketing and content teams.
- Participate in styling and content creation, including wearing and photographing pieces for launch assets.
- Proven professional experience in jewelry design, goldsmithing, or product design within a jewelry brand.
- Strong portfolio featuring production-ready CAD designs with exact dimensioning.
- Deep working knowledge of stainless steel, sterling silver, vermeil, plating, and lab stones.
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, casting, stone setting, and chain construction.
- Highly organized, proactive self-starter comfortable managing pipelines in Notion and communicating with global manufacturers.
