About the Role
Contec Global Infotech Limited is an established leader in e-Governance and smart technologies, delivering integrated, systems-based solutions across developing countries. We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic NYSC Intern to support our growing IT infrastructure and systems administration operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily administration and maintenance of company IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and security across all systems.
- Participate in the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of new IT equipment and software applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT inventory, network topologies, and support tickets.
- Must be a current NYSC corps member currently serving or about to commence service in Nigeria.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a eager willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
