We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Information Technology Lead to spearhead our technological advancement. In this critical role, you will direct the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across all business units while maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity and data integrity in the fast-paced energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic IT leadership across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, applications, and networks.
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust servers, databases, and network architectures to support business continuity.
- Oversee comprehensive cybersecurity measures, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and international standards.
- Manage end-to-end IT support operations, guaranteeing prompt and effective resolution of technical incidents.
- Collaborate with executive management and business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Supervise major system upgrades, cloud migrations, and complex enterprise integration projects.
- Develop, implement, and enforce rigorous IT governance policies, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead vendor management, procurement, and cost-effective evaluation of cutting-edge IT tools.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management for internal IT personnel and external contractors.
- Ensure full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and Felton quality management systems.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a senior IT leadership or management role.
- Extensive hands-on expertise managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and hybrid networks.
- Proven background in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation, system integration, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
