About the Role
TAG Energy Nigeria Limited, an integrated service company offering comprehensive oilfield products and support services in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, is seeking a talented IT Support & Web Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our digital transformation, maintaining secure web platforms, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, web applications, and digital platforms ensuring high performance and security.
- Manage cloud and hosting environments, including AWS, DNS, domain configurations, and reliable system backups.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, networks, email systems, and general IT infrastructure.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, routers, firewalls, and user access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical procurement, manage IT assets, and oversee software licenses.
- Support software deployments, integrate business applications, and automate repetitive workflows to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system availability, implement cybersecurity measures, and maintain business-continuity protocols.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience combining web development and IT support roles.
- Proficiency in the required technical stack: Laravel, VueJS, Next.js, MySQL, AWS, Alpine.js, jQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, Blade, Inertia.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, networking, system administration, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
