About the Role
DMOT Enterprises, on behalf of a leading plastic manufacturing company located in Ota, Ogun State, is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring that all hardware, software, and network systems operate at peak performance to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that computer systems and corporate networks are running smoothly and efficiently
- Carry out troubleshooting and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Handle the replacement of computer hardware and peripherals when required
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Provide internet access and setup for new employees during onboarding
- Collaborate closely with external service providers to ensure optimal and reliable internet service
- Monitor network security to ensure unauthorized persons do not gain access to the company internet
- BSc or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or network administration role
- Must be willing and ready to work on-site in Ota, Ogun State
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage vendor relationships
