About the Role
NimbleByte Global is a dynamic technology firm specializing in top-notch staff augmentation and consultancy services. We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy recent graduate to join our growing team in Lagos as an IT Support Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our US-based software engineers by managing application processes and providing essential technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Navigate job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor daily to apply for software engineering positions on behalf of US engineers.
- Provide reliable day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth office operations and communication.
- Collaborate closely with remote engineering teams to track application pipelines and status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily submissions and platform activities.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be able to work from our physical office located in Yaba, Lagos, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM West Africa Time.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating various web platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possess a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
