About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Support specialist to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the technological backbone of our operations, ensuring high availability of IT systems, and delivering exceptional service to our internal end-users across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and business applications via phone, remote access, and on-site intervention.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk to accurately log, prioritize, and resolve end-user issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot complex IT problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and work with infrastructure teams to minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate hardware and software product deployments, installations, and system testing.
- Maintain inventories of IT consumables, printer accessories, and equipment while managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures while conducting periodic user training on applications and hardware.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of IT operational environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
