About the Role
SANY Nigeria is recruiting a highly capable IT Specialist to serve as the organization's onsite technical expert, supporting and maintaining technology infrastructure and surveillance systems across operations. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and end-user technology issues while ensuring reliability, security, and availability of critical business systems. This role demands a technically strong professional capable of independent problem-solving and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, peripherals, and network devices across the facility
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware at component level; manage spare parts inventory and warranty claims through OEM channels
- Administer CCTV and IP surveillance infrastructure, including cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and storage systems; perform routine health checks and troubleshooting
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and network connectivity optimization across all sites
- Oversee infrastructure installations; supervise vendors and contractors through deployment, testing, and commissioning
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and OEM providers; track warranty entitlements and monitor service quality
- Maintain IT asset registers, system documentation, and provide reports on system uptime and technical performance
- 4-6 years proven hands-on experience in IT support, hardware repair, and infrastructure maintenance
- Demonstrated expertise diagnosing and repairing PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 for device support and reimaging
- Proven experience managing IP CCTV systems, NVRs, and security infrastructure
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and troubleshooting
- Experience coordinating vendors, warranty claims, and third-party contractors
- B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or CCTV certifications preferred
- Full-time onsite availability in Ogun State with flexibility for installations and incidents
- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
