About the Role
Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited is an integrated customer engagement and business process outsourcing company delivering innovative digital solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will manage business data, develop accurate management reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to support strategic operational decisions. You will also oversee reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and guide junior team members to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain MIS reports, databases, dynamic dashboards, and automated reporting systems.
- Prepare and review comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for executive management.
- Analyze large volumes of complex data to identify emerging trends, operational gaps, and performance issues.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on departmental and operational KPIs to drive business growth.
- Ensure the absolute accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all corporate reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Training departments to collect, validate, and reconcile data.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior MIS staff on reporting procedures, advanced data analysis, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection methods, reporting accuracy, and overall process efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or business intelligence.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex logical functions.
- Demonstrated experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
