About the Role
Martglobal Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polyethylene materials with over a decade of industry expertise. We are currently looking for a proactive and skilled IT Officer to manage our technology infrastructure and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all systems across our office and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable technical support and troubleshooting for staff hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain, monitor, and configure local area networks (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV security monitoring systems.
- Ensure data security, regular system backups, and protection against cybersecurity threats.
- Manage IT inventory, software licenses, and equipment upgrades in alignment with company needs.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven IT support experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, and IP configurations.
- Familiarity with CCTV installation, playback, and maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
