We are currently looking for a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and help unlock actionable insights from complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, statistical algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with software engineering, product, and media teams to integrate data-driven features into digital platforms and internal systems.
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity and reliability for modeling purposes.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators across various company projects.
- Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis and present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role within the technology or digital media sector.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with popular data science frameworks and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management, with the ability to query complex relational databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills tailored for a collaborative work environment in Enugu.
