About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the proud parent company of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is looking for a skilled IT Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our head office, central kitchen, and numerous store locations as we continue to grow as the number one chicken QSR in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, configure, maintain, and repair critical IT hardware and software infrastructure.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and handle installations for all field locations, stores, and the corporate head office.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop actionable functional specifications.
- Coordinate with software developers to build, test, and implement robust technology solutions.
- Integrate multiple business systems and gather continuous feedback from end-users to drive performance improvements.
- Plan and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, hardware deployments, and software rollouts.
- Deliver technical training and guidance to end-users to enhance overall digital literacy and system adoption.
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Cisco or other recognized IT qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of prompt technical issue resolution.
