About the Role
Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and optimize our digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support operations. In this vital role, you will ensure our technology systems are secure, scalable, and fully aligned with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and communication systems.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, data protection measures, and business continuity protocols.
- Administer user accounts, access controls, and network security across all organizational touchpoints.
- Provide escalated technical support and resolve complex IT-related issues promptly.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and technology contracts.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and asset inventory standards.
- Prepare IT budgets, operational reports, and strategic technology recommendations for management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise IT support staff to drive high-performance service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in networking, cybersecurity principles, hardware, and cloud-based systems like Microsoft 365.
