We are currently seeking a motivated, technically inclined IT Intern to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional in Nigeria looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, network troubleshooting, and cybersecurity operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to staff regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support the installation of operating systems and approved software applications.
- Assist with user account creation, access management, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and routing issues.
- Support cybersecurity activities, including endpoint protection, antivirus monitoring, and system updates.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, service requests, and hardware inventory.
- Escalate complex technical challenges to the Head of IT and assist with various departmental projects.
- B.Sc., HND, or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with zero to one year of relevant IT support experience.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to learn.
