We are currently seeking an innovative and multi-skilled Information & Digital Technology Analyst to drive digital excellence and provide robust business support across our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert business support in Cloud and Software Engineering, Application Development and Management, and Information Management.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through effective Project Management and End User Computing Engineering.
- Utilize Do-It-Yourself tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Machine Learning to optimize workflows.
- Leverage advanced data and productivity tools including Alteryx, AI Builder, OneDrive, and SharePoint to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external clients to deliver tailored, turnkey technology solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with degrees in other fields who possess strong hands-on achievements and relevant industry certifications will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Information and Digital Technology service provision within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable expertise and practical competence in cloud technologies, application management, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to changing demands, and maintain strict adherence to professional codes of conduct.
