About the Role
Aldelia Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, availability, and reliability of our corporate IT environment across multiple Strategic Business Units. You will ensure seamless employee access to critical systems, hardware, networks, and business applications while maintaining a secure and high-performing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily IT infrastructure and operations across all business units.
- Coordinate end-user IT support, troubleshooting, and rapid incident resolution.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and endpoints.
- Administer corporate networks, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Oversee user accounts, access rights, Active Directory, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor network performance, system availability, and data backup integrity.
- Maintain precise records of IT assets, software licenses, and hardware inventory.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and vendor service delivery.
- Implement IT support procedures, service standards, and robust cybersecurity practices.
- Supervise IT support personnel to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support.
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead.
- Strong expertise in network administration, Windows environments, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA, or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
