About the Role
Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions in Nigeria, committed to delivering exceptional technological infrastructure and support services. We are currently looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy IT End User Support specialist to join our expanding team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring seamless daily operations for our end users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and efficient technical support for hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve end-user desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues in a timely manner.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex technical issues and ensure rapid resolution.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in LAN, WLAN installation, and computer networking.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must not be more than 29 years of age.
