About the Role
Strivo Labs is a fast-growing digital solutions provider dedicated to helping businesses scale with speed and precision. We are currently looking for a proactive Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder) to optimize our daily business operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Collections, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to design, monitor, and maintain high-performing automated workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks and enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Build, configure, and maintain robust automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Monitor live automated systems, proactively investigating and resolving errors, workflow delays, and failures within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical workflow specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process maps, configurations, dependencies, and troubleshooting guides.
- Prepare weekly governance and performance reports tracking workflow health, incident resolutions, KPI metrics, and SLA compliance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, business operations, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven practical experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Solid foundational understanding of REST APIs, JSON data formats, and SQL database queries.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in fintech, lending, or financial services operations is considered a strong advantage.
