About the Role

Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, our firm is looking for a tech-savvy and proactive IT & Digital Systems Officer to oversee our digital infrastructure, streamline technology operations, and support our growing portfolio of hospitality properties nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the firm's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure seamless operation of digital tools and property management systems.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive client and corporate data.
- Collaborate with management to integrate innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency across hospitality properties.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, network configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital infrastructure management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
