In this dual-focused role, you will bridge the gap between technology and digital strategy, optimizing our digital footprint, driving qualified lead generation, and ensuring seamless IT infrastructure operations to support our business expansion across West Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize company websites, implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and web traffic.
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and online sales strategies to promote our engineering solutions.
- Oversee social media channels and brand promotion initiatives to strengthen our market presence.
- Generate qualified leads and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects.
- Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure and system support, including proactive IT troubleshooting and prompt resolution.
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and high-quality digital content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven practical experience in website management, SEO implementation, digital marketing campaigns, and general IT support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
