We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Administrator to oversee our day-to-day technological needs and deliver exceptional, hands-on technical support to our growing team. Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable day-to-day technical support and promptly troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for all employees.
- Manage and maintain company computers, printers, routers, Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, and other vital IT infrastructure.
- Handle the onboarding setup for new staff, including provisioning devices, configuring email accounts, installing software, and granting secure system access.
- Implement basic IT security measures, oversee antivirus deployment, manage user access permissions, and ensure consistent data backups.
- Track and maintain inventory for company IT equipment, software licenses, and digital subscriptions.
- Perform routine system maintenance proactively to prevent recurring technical bottlenecks and downtime.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with external IT vendors and service providers when specialized support is required.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on professional IT administration experience.
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, networking principles, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of efficient troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and respond swiftly to urgent technical requests.
- Must reside on the Lagos Island axis or within a comfortable, reasonable commuting distance.
- Available for immediate resumption and onboarding.
- Possession of relevant professional IT certifications will be considered an added advantage.
