Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices that power payment processing and financial services.
- Build and optimize payment integrations for card transactions, POS, bank transfers, bill payments, and digital wallets.
- Develop APIs for agent onboarding, KYC verification, commissions, terminal management, and settlement.
- Design and maintain databases, transaction ledgers, reconciliation services, and event-driven systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Write automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional backend development experience using C#, Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases like MSSQL.
- Familiarity with caching tools like Redis and message queues such as Azure Service Bus.
- Strong understanding of financial technology standards, security protocols, and secure coding practices.
