Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Trainee in the ELEVATE 3.0 program, you will undergo comprehensive training and rotational placements across various departments. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Participating actively in structured learning modules and on-the-job training across diverse business units.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conducting analytical research and contributing data-driven insights to support business objectives.
- Embracing a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and excellence while executing assigned tasks.
To be considered for the ISN Medical Graduate Trainee Program: ELEVATE 3.0, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, or Finance from a recognized university.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Between 0 to 2 years of professional working experience.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a competitive edge and high internal motivation.
- Willingness to relocate locally for both short-term and long-term assignments.
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with the courage to embrace and lead change.
