About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and support services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IS Business Partner, HSEQ & CAPD to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will act as the strategic bridge between information systems and our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) and Contracts, Procurement & Detailed Engineering (CAPD) functions, ensuring seamless technology integration and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in formulating IS strategy, medium-to-long term plans, and resource forecasts for client entities.
- Provide comprehensive business analysis to identify, recommend, and implement impactful IT solutions.
- Lead significant user-facing projects from initial requirements gathering to deployment and integration.
- Coordinate operational maintenance and support of existing IT systems with minimal business disruption.
- Assist in the procurement, evaluation, and seamless integration of new software applications.
- Supervise software development and interface creation while maintaining existing enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IST policies, information security standards, and HQ guidelines.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and support document, archive, and shared drive management.
- Enforce strict adherence to company HSE regulations across all technology operations.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of broad IT and IS experience spanning both application development and technical support.
