About the Role

We are looking for an Investor Relations Lead to serve as the critical bridge between our company and the investment community, shaping how the market understands our story, financial trajectory, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

As our Investor Relations Lead, you will drive engagement with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors while fostering a sales-first culture internally. Your core duties will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies, communication plans, and quarterly earnings call coordination.
  • Draft essential corporate documents including press releases, financial presentations, and annual reports.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and key external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research and economic analysis to inform executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Implement the J10 policy and ensure all departmental frameworks have measurable KPIs aligned with board directives.
  • Promote a sales-first orientation across the organization through targeted training and performance monitoring.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or financial analysis within the financial services sector.
  • Strong command of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling executive reports and presentations.
  • Proven project management skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to financial reporting and compliance.
