About the Role
Ren San & Co is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for organizations and private clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic Investment Manager to provide high-level investment research, rigorous due diligence, and strategic advisory support. In this role, you will evaluate financial viability, assess risks, and deliver clear recommendations to safeguard and grow capital within the Nigerian market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify viable investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, real estate, and private businesses.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and commercial due diligence on potential deals and proposals.
- Prepare structured investment briefs, comparative analyses, and objective recommendations for the Principal.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, tracking returns, maturity dates, and market milestones.
- Identify and mitigate financial, liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external professional advisers including lawyers, accountants, and fund managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in investment analysis, private equity, wealth management, or corporate finance.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian financial markets, investment products, and risk management frameworks.
