Key Responsibilities- Train clients comprehensively on how to use assigned accounting software and platform features.
- Demonstrate essential functions including invoicing, customer and supplier records, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Explain standard accounting workflows and guide users through routine financial tasks.
- Lead participants through practical, hands-on examples of entering, reviewing, and retrieving financial data.
- Develop clear user guides, step-by-step instructions, and engaging training exercises.
- Provide expert answers to user questions regarding everyday application usage and system features.
- Assess participant understanding and identify areas requiring targeted follow-up instruction.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using at least three standard accounting software packages.
- Solid understanding of routine accounting processes such as invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to demonstrate software features and explain complex workflows in clear, simple terms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail with the ability to create accurate, professional training materials.
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration, or corporate training is highly desirable.
