About the Role
Meristem Securities Limited (MSL), a leading member of the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Advisor to join our Abuja branch. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, providing expert financial guidance, and delivering top-tier investment solutions backed by rigorous research and objective integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive marketing campaigns to promote the company's financial products and services, generating new business leads and acquiring high-value clients.
- Profile prospects and clients meticulously, analyzing their financial risk appetite, investment needs, and long-term goals to provide tailored guidance.
- Ensure prompt and error-free execution of client mandates while maintaining regular, cordial communication to foster long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless relationship management and provide clients with multi-channel account officer access.
- Meet and exceed set income generation targets and key performance indicators determined for each appraisal period.
- Possession of a good first degree in any discipline from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of proven experience working within the Nigerian capital markets.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, market research, prospecting, and relationship management with uncompromised ethics and integrity.
