About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building an all-in-one financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a diligent and proactive Inventory Support Officer to oversee the complete lifecycle of repair consumables and spare parts within our repair centre. In this role, you will ensure our technicians have the right parts at the right time, minimize waste, and maintain immaculate inventory records to support our growing operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming spare parts consignments, verifying batch and serial numbers against delivery notes before logging them into the Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Store electronic components in designated, labelled bins under optimal conditions to protect against moisture, dust, and temperature extremes.
- Issue spare parts strictly against approved Job Cards, updating IMS stock levels immediately and managing returns effectively.
- Conduct weekly physical stock reconciliations, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and flag replenishment needs to management.
- Generate comprehensive consumption and stock-position reports, while tracking part-failure data for OEM quality feedback.
- Enforce strict compliance, maintain pristine warehouse housekeeping, and support regular inventory audits.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in inventory operations or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and modern Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of items accurately.
