About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa’s real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a dedicated Inventory Support Officer to manage our POS terminal inventory, ensuring seamless tracking through our repair and dispatch pipelines across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and verify faulty or returned POS terminals against recall waybills at the serial-number level within the IMS subsystem.
- Track the complete repair lifecycle of terminals from initial assessment to QA clearance and outbound dispatch.
- Enforce strict adherence to SLA timelines for terminal assignment, repair turnaround, and dispatch readiness.
- Conduct daily physical inventory counts and reconcile physical stock against logical IMS records.
- Manage the segregation and documentation of devices classified as Beyond Economic Repair (BER) or requiring scrap disposal.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control standard operating procedures, audit readiness, and workplace safety standards.
- Minimum of an OND in a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in inventory operations, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong familiarity with inventory management systems and workflow applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
