About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a dedicated Inventory Support Officer to oversee our POS terminal repair pipeline and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end receipt, verification, and logging of faulty POS terminals within the Inventory Management System (IMS) at serial-number level.
- Track daily repair progression and enforce strict SLAs across assessment, repair, quality assurance, and dispatch stages.
- Coordinate quality assurance integration, flagging devices for repair, or classifying items as Beyond Economic Repair with documented justifications.
- Generate dispatch lists, conduct serial-level outbound scanning, and maintain flawless logistical tracking with state offices.
- Execute daily physical inventory counts, reconcile variances against IMS records, and participate in scheduled audits.
- Enforce strict inventory control standard operating procedures and maintain well-organized, segregated holding zones.
- Minimum of an OND in a related discipline with at least 2 years of proven experience in inventory operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, alongside strong familiarity with inventory management systems.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills for handling large volumes of items.Ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively communicating and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
