Key Responsibilities- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately.
- Maintain precise inventory records and update stock databases regularly.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and investigate and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and systematic organization of all goods.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Monitor stock thresholds and promptly report potential shortages or variances.
- Supervise, assign tasks to, and provide guidance to inventory and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company operating procedures.
- Support internal and external inventory audits to maintain operational transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and modern ERP systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
