Key Responsibilities- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records and update stock databases regularly.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
- Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and systematic organization of all goods.
- Coordinate seamlessly with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely dispatches.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and report potential shortages or variances.
- Supervise, assign tasks to, and provide guidance to inventory and warehouse staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
- Support internal and external inventory audits with accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain meticulous records.
