About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building a robust financial ecosystem for businesses across the continent. We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Officer - POS Terminals to manage our repair pipeline and maintain absolute logical-physical inventory alignment at our repair centre in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and log faulty or returned POS terminals from state offices within 24 hours of physical arrival using the Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Monitor terminal movement through assessment, repair, and QA stages while enforcing strict 24-72 hour operational SLAs.
- Process QA-approved devices, manage Beyond Economic Repair (BER) units, and oversee secure scrap isolation areas.
- Generate dispatch lists, coordinate outbound logistics, and ensure accurate serial-level scanning during physical loading.
- Conduct daily physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and maintain audit readiness in compliance with company SOPs.
- Minimum of an OND in a related discipline with at least 2 years of proven experience in inventory operations or warehouse management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with advanced inventory management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills for handling high-volume items.
