About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining supply chain efficiency, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting our operational goals through meticulous inventory management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels closely, initiate timely re-orders, and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure proper storage, clear labeling, and safe handling of all products in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and update comprehensive inventory reports, cost records, and usage summaries for regular management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline receiving and dispatch processes.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven professional experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Must currently reside in Gbagi or its immediate environments within Ibadan for easy commuting.
- Proficiency in basic inventory software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
