Food Concepts Plc, the proud pioneer behind renowned brands like Chicken Republic, is seeking a driven and analytical Business Transformation & Strategy Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will work closely with the Lead, Transformation to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives that align with our corporate vision across the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and feasibility studies to successful implementation and closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of comprehensive business cases, game plan reports, gap analyses, and root cause evaluations for proposed transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting Project Initiation Documents (Project Charters), including defining SMART goals, scope, stakeholder matrices, and risk registers.
  • Maintain and update weekly implementation trackers and work breakdown structures for assigned strategic projects.
  • Coordinate vendor scoping, weighted scoring against requirements, cost-benefit analyses, and participate in Agile meetings to set milestones and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Information, Process, Technology, and People workstreams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, management briefs, and post-completion reports capturing stakeholder feedback and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business analysis, project coordination, or strategy roles within a structured corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, with a distinct preference for Agile practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-structuring abilities combined with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and corporate reporting tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Sound professional judgment, proactive risk escalation, and familiarity with vendor evaluation processes.
