About the Role

Fisem Integrated Services is a leading veterinary services provider involved in veterinary pharmaceutical production, laboratory diagnostic services, sales of livestock equipment, and farm consultancy. We are currently looking for a diligent and proactive Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team in Ibadan and ensure seamless stock management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory movements in real time.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against relevant purchase orders and documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, transfers, issues, and returns.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile findings with inventory management records.
  • Monitor stock levels to identify shortages, excesses, damaged, or expired products promptly.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports and submit them to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise proper documentation and physical filing of all inventory records.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounts, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to guarantee accurate stock data.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all products are properly stored, labeled, and arranged for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Support full compliance with company inventory control policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
  • Working experience in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, agricultural, or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong communication abilities.
  • Must be ready and willing to reside in or relocate to Ibadan.
